Natural Maple Energy Drink Recipe
Great healthy energy drink to replace electrolytes.
Yield: 1 L
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a blender.
